This policy explains the current data practices of Mehndi Design. It is written to match the website as it operates today, not features or advertising services that may be added later.
Privacy summary
The current website has no user accounts, newsletter, contact form, payment system, advertising network, or analytics tracker. It does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, password, or payment information.
1. Information stored in your browser
Some features use browser storage so they can work without an account. This information stays associated with the browser and website origin on your device; the application does not submit it to a Mehndi Design account or profile.
Favorites and recent searches
Saved design identifiers and recent search terms are stored in local storage to restore those choices on later visits from the same browser.
Viewed-image cache
Images requested while you browse may be cached on your device for up to 30 days to make repeat viewing faster. The website does not intentionally pre-cache the entire gallery.
2. Technical request information
Like most hosted websites, the hosting or network provider may automatically process basic request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security or error records. Retention and security practices for provider-level logs are controlled by the relevant provider.
3. Cookies, advertising, and analytics
The current application does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include Google AdSense, DoubleClick, behavioral advertising, or a third-party audience-measurement tool.
Local storage and the browser Cache API are used for the features described above. They are browser-storage technologies, but they are not used here to build an advertising profile or track your activity across unrelated websites.
If advertising, analytics, accounts, forms, or other data-collecting features are introduced later, this policy will be updated before or when those practices begin, as required.
4. Sharing features
When you choose Share, the website may ask your browser or operating system to open its native sharing interface. The service you select may then process the page title or link under its own terms and privacy policy. If native sharing is unavailable, the page link may be copied to your clipboard.
5. Children's privacy
The gallery is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children. It does not provide accounts, messaging, public profiles, targeted advertising, or a mechanism for children to submit personal details.
A parent or guardian can remove locally stored favorites, searches, and cached images using the browser controls described below.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can control or remove browser-stored information at any time:
- Remove individual favorites inside the website.
- Use “Clear All” in recent searches.
- Clear this website's storage, cached data, or browsing data in your browser settings.
- Use private-browsing mode if you do not want preferences retained after the private session ends, subject to your browser's behavior.
Clearing site data may remove favorites, recent searches, and cached images from that browser. Data stored on another browser or device must be cleared separately.
7. Security and retention
We aim to minimize data collection and use reasonable technical measures for the features provided. No online service or storage system can promise absolute security.
The image cache is configured to expire cached entries after about 30 days. Local-storage preferences can remain until you remove them, your browser removes them, or the website changes the relevant feature.
8. Policy changes and questions
This policy may change when the website, hosting setup, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top will identify the latest published version.
